Individuals or organizations(including corporations, REITs, asset management firms, and real estate developers) that own real estate assets such as office towers, retail buildings, or land, whether in urban or suburban areas, are eligible to participate.
How does EMD transform properties?

PentaPoint converts existing buildings or land into operational data centers within 6–9 months. From design to operation, we manage the entire process with minimal construction.
What property size is required?

A single or partial floor can be used, with a minimum of 1,000 sq.m. recommended.

For land, 2,000 sq.m. or more is ideal. Existing structures may require demolition depending on project design.
